We consider, in this paper, a model of thermoelastic material with microstructure, under the assumption of nonuniformity of temperature distribution in the domain of macroelement. We obtain the nonlinear constutive equations for all mechanical and thermodynamic constitutive variables, which are linearized in the case of an isotropic material.
