Conditions for the stability of an interacting isolated subsystem of a complex system on an infinite given time interval are established. An algorithm for aggregating variables in systems of large dimensions has been developed, and on this basis, necessary and sufficient conditions for the stability of the motion of a composition of systems have been formulated.
