We describe an image-based rendering algorithm that allows the visualization of large spatial scenes. Images taken by an ordinary digital camera are used as inputs. These images are transformed into panoramic views, which are $4D$ parameterization of the full plenoptic function for further storing. Using a simple proxy geometry, we can create the novel view from these structures. The cases, when our approach can be used, are formulated. The results of our algorithm for both synthetic and real scenes are demonstrated.
