In the interview, a meteorologist and climatologist Michal Žák describes his motivation for studying meteorology and also his recent research, which is focused mainly on urban climate. The interview also deals with meteorological and climatic particularities of the Czech Republic, the global climate change and improving the accuracy of weather forecast.
