Résumé

L'étude histologique du Noyau inter-striato-septal (Nucleus accumbens de Herrick) a été entreprise à l'aide des mêmes matériels et méthodes que ceux utilisés pour nos précédents travaux [6, 7]. Les caractères histochimiques des cellules de ces territoire sont semblables à ceux des cellules striatales, d’une part, et à ceux des cellules septales, d'autre part. De ce fait le Noyau inter-strio-septal des Anoures apparait donc comme étant constitué par une population cellulaire hétérogène. Les méthodes de Cox et de Ramon-Moliner révèlent l'existence de nombreux neurones multipolaires du type leptodendritique. Les cellule gliales sont aussi très abondantes. Les Auteurs discutent la signification des cellules hyperchromatophiles qui s'observent dans le N. inter-strio-septal de Xenopus et Discoglossus.
