In questa nota si studiano alcune proprietà dei Sistemi Elettorali Proporzionali: si confrontano i metodi delle quote di Hare con il massimo resto (attualmente in uso in Italia) e i metodi dei divisori D'Hondt e Sainte Lagüe e si dimostra che quest'ultimo deriva dal metodo dei minimi quadrati. Il metodo Sainte Lagüe è applicato anche al problema di bi-allocazione che si presenta per distribuire i seggi ai partiti per circoscrizione.
In this note some properties of proportional Electoral Systems are studied to compare Hare quotas method with largest remainder and largest divisor methods. The proof is reported of the fact that the largest divisor methods derivefrom the Least Squares method. This is also applied to bi-allocate seats to parties andto districts.
