This article studies the issues of recording and processing of the signals that excite plasma, as well as the control of plasma interaction with the surface of objects on the basis of the analysis of its energy characteristics. The article offers assessment of influence/interaction of cold plasma on / with objects on the basis of the measurement and analysis of dynamics of changes of energy characteristics of the signals that excite plasma.
