On the role of modern mathematics education when implementing complex problems in the field of chemistry

In the article, mathematical methods are presented for studies caused by the interaction of oxygen atoms and molecules with silicon dioxide and silicon dioxide-based materials, taking into account chemical processes in the intermediate layer between the gas and the surface of the composite material in discharged media.
