In this study, the algorithm of the generation of synthetic divergence-free, anisotropic turbulent velocity fields is suggested. The simulation method is based on the use of the Randomized Spectral Method. A validation LES computation of developed turbulent flow in the channel, using velocity fields generated with the help of the proposed method, demonstrates good agreement with the DNS data.
