On an optimization model of the international market for greenhouse gases emissions permits

A dynamical model of the international market for greenhouse gases emissions permits is considered. An algorithm for constructing an optimal strategy of country's behavior on this market is suggested. Integrated assessment models are used for obtaining algorithm's input data. A specific numerical analysis is performed.
