Management strategy of water modes at melioration superfluously moist soil must correspond to solving the basic task – to create the optimum mode of moistening meliorated soil in the root-abiding layer. In this connection the mathematical polder system model is based on the water transference in the sediment system simulating–evaporation–melioration space–open conducting channels septum. At such an approach the non-stationary polder system model is based on the presence of two communicating contours – the open conducting channels system with the draining pump stations and the system of drained soil areas which are described with the hydrodynamic system of equations as well as with the strategy of optimum water modes monitoring of drained soil areas.
