Spatial patterns formed by chemotactic bacteria Escherichia coli

A mathematical model is proposed of spatial patterns, formed by chemotactic bacteria E. Coli based on the experimental results. The model is examined both analytically and numerically. In numerical experiments the patterns are obtained observed in real system. Dynamics of their formation is investigated.
