The mathematical model of electric field radiative generation in the object with complex internal structure is constructed. Gamma-radiation ionizes object's matherials under Compton-effect. The model is based on the kinetic equation for compton electrons distribution function in the selfconsisted field approximation with the absorbtion on the free path length. The approximate solving method which consists of the solution expansion with respect to small multiplying pulse derivative parameter in kinetic equation is suggested. The analytic solution is carried out for the first two members of expansion.
