The described set of programs allows to calculate mean kinetic electron characteristics and number densities of various species in gas discharge plasmas at intermediate pressures. The mathematical model used by the presented set of programs is described in details. It consists of the Boltzmann kinetic equation for electron energy distribution function coupling with master equations for charged and excited particles in plasmas. The structure of the set of programs, the assignment and possibilities of its parts are described. The results of test calculations of kinetic characteristics are presented. They are in good agreement with experimental data. The opportunity to use the set of programs as handbook on cross sections and rate coefficients for elementary processes in plasmas is shown.
