The structure of a rarefied jet issued from a slit into vacuum is studied on the base of numerical solution of Boltzmann kinetic equation for different models of intermolecular interactions. The conservative discrete ordinates method by the author [1–3] is applied that permits to obtain high precision results without statistical fluctuations.
