The problem of calculation of vertical atmospheric electric field variations under fair weather conditions, which are results of arbitrary conductivity altitude profile modification, is formulated. The correct difference scheme with first order of cjnsistency is proposed for the problem. The obtained numerical solutions of problems of atmospheric electricity dynamics are presented.
