In our work the numerical method for solution of the linear and nonlinear transmission and emission problems and the transport theory inverse problems are presented. This method used conjugated equations and conjugated functions. Numerical stable algorythms and computer program based on this method were constructed for solving of the computerized thomography problems and of the transport theory inverse problems.
