An interaction of the light pulse with an optically bistable semiconductor system is considered under the condition of two-dimensional thermal conductivity. For a numerical calculation of the problem under investigation some numerical methods are supposed. The influence of a heat conduction on the formation of switching waves, high temperature domain, ring profile of the output light beam, on a time of switching is investigated. It is shown that the temperature dependence of the heat conduction coefficient may essentially change the spatial temperature profile and switching times.
