The stability of shock waves with dissociation of gas molecules is investigated in linear approximation: monomolecular reaction at low pressures, the dissociation kinetics is determined by Arrenius law. The lack of continious spectrum in the right half – plane of the comlex plane is shown. The calculation of the discrete spectrum in a wide range of Mach numbers and flow density were does not lead to the structure instability of shock wave.
