The possibilities of hydrodynamic-like models effective parallel implementation for semiconductor structures simulation on distributed memory MIMD-systems are discussed. Algorithm presented involves fully explicit finite difference scheme for distribution function moments' equations and a parallel version of a direct fast Poisson solver, using Fourier analysis and capacitance matrix technique.
