Mathematical modeling of gas-filled systems of low pressure

A closed selfconformed mathematical model of gas discharge systems of lew pressure is offered. The model describes behaviour of charged and neutral particles in interelectrode space on kinetic level. By the transformation of kinetic equations to the equivalent integral ones, we build and prove an effective algorithm of solving high-speed particle stream dynamics in gas discharge space in static and unstatic cases. There are examples of solving some concrete systems.
