Basis operators method generalization for the construction of fully conservative difference schemes in plane curvilinear non-orthogonal coordinate systems is given. The class of fully concervative difference schemes for mechanics of continua in Lagrangian description is constructed. There are calculated examples of incompressible fluid flow.
