The manifolds of self-adjoint Hilbert–Schmidt operators with fixed conditions of multiplicity of eigenvalues are considered; the orthogonality of these manifolds is proved. The manifold \{(operator, eigenvalue, eigenvector)\} and the manifold \{(operator, eigenvector)\} are considered too.
