On the issue of modeling optimal programs

In this paper, we propose a method for a comprehensive assessment of a variety of models of economic development to identify the most optimal of the proposed ones or to build the optimal one as a result of synthesis and correction of existing ones. This method is based on a logical and mathematical apparatus adapted to solve the problem.
