Generalization of the experience of training specialists in the interests of forming a system of distributed situational centers (SDSC), competence centers allows us to formulate methodological and methodical bases for determining the appearance of modern specialists suitable for successful work in the digital economy. Proposed principles for the promotion of the specialties of this direction, formulated requirements, suggestions and recommendations to improve and strengthen the efforts of relevant agencies and organizations to build a system of distributed situational centers (DRC), centres of competencies.
