Modern effective models and methods for analyzing dynamics of managing of the available resources of enterprises with the aim of increasing their competitiveness are considered. New versions of models and methods for analyzing the efficiency of enterprises and the region based on the input-output model, analysis of the data shell and balance model of the regional economy are proposed. A generalized method for constructing a data shell based on the application of the extremum principle for harmonic functions is considered.
