The article deals with the problems of development of knowledge management subsystem’s architecture that is used in intelligent transport systems. The urgency of the problem being solved is due to the need to find new ways to improve the soundness and efficiency of the decisions taken in the management of traffic. Architecture of knowledge management information subsystem supports the implementation of two approaches to improve the efficiency of knowledge extraction in intelligent transport systems’ procedures.
