In this article the authors offer a promising approach to the presentation of data and resource allocation in complex information spaces of computational methods based on evolutionary modeling for solving the problem of optimizing the structure of a distributed information system. Cluster model of intelligent search solutions, implementing evolving representation of data elements of real time systems based on genetic search and formation of fractal sets is considered. Heuristic algorithm of placement and flows of data when designing the logical structure of a distributed database using the mechanism of aggregation of fractals is proposed.
