This paper deals with hardware and software package worked out by the authors for diagnostics of essential tremor and trembling form of Parkinson’s disease. The measuring module that allows registering of tremor characteristics is based on micromechanical inertial sensors (sensors of angular velocity and linear acceleration) and magnetic field sensors. The first results of studies of different forms of tremor are represented.
Keywords: micromechanical inertial sensors, tremor, Parkinson’s disease, clinical studies.
