About dielectric permeable property of electrolyte solutions alternating electric field

The difference of anions and cations diffusion coefficient in the plane-parallel layer is demonstrated to bring to the significant influence of the alternating electric field upon the effectual dielectric permeable of property solutions.
In case of a little thickness of diffusion layer in compare with the electrolyt layer the easy analytical formulas, expressing the dependence of substance and complex dielectric permeable property on the frequency of the field have been derived.
