The mechanism of the thunder electric formation, founded on the physical phenomenon of the intensive charged bubble ooze during the coagula growth of hail and grainy ice particles is being examined. Kinetics of bubble ooze process inside cooled drops during the sudden rise of their temperature up to 0 C is being examined. The bond between the quantity of bubbles, forming inside a water cloud drop and their average radius has been determined.
