The article is devoted to the development of a mathematical model that takes into account the influence of surface charge on the radar characteristics of spherical cloud particles. It is shown that in the absence of charge, the formulas for the scattering coefficients go to the known relations for an uncharged sphere, and when the charge tends to infinity, relations characteristic of an ideally conducting sphere are obtained.
