Global Improvement Method for Hamiltonian Systems with Controllable Coefficients

The new modification of global improvement control method for one class of Hamiltonian systems that is based on the Krotov method is presented. The calculations for a quantum dynamical system representing the well studied example of the rotation of a planar molecule are given.
