Mathematical modeling of regulators for systems with delay

Integral quadratic functional construction allowing to calculate many dynamic systems parameters for investigating different mathematical and engineering problems which expressed by differential equations with deviation arguments is built. Method of construction optimal regulator for this kind of system is developed.
