For a bimodule $_{S}U_{R}$ we characterize modules $M_{R}$ and submodules $T$ of $_{S}\operatorname{Hom}_{R}(M,U)$ for which the double annihilator conditions hold. We study the weak topologies induced on $M$ by $T$.
