Realization of automatic functions by plane logic networks

We consider a problem on the realization with a time shift of automatic functions by plane logic networks (PLN) that are schemes of elements , $\vee$ and $-$, operating with delay at one rate, of the element $G$ of a single delay and switching elements, located at the nodes of a rectangular plane lattice. We show that each automatic function can be realized with a time shift in a PLN.
