A mathematical model and numerical methodology for calculating the processes occurring during the sublimation of a solid body in a low-temperature gas generator based on the ANSYS Fluent software package using custom functions are presented. The results of calculations within the framework of the used mathematical model and computational technology are described. Regularities that occur during flow around, heating and sublimation of a solid substance have been revealed.
Keywords: sublimation, gas generator, numerical modeling, user define function.
