The effect of electromagnetic radiation in the microwave range, frequency 2450 MHz, on cultures of fungi r. Alternaria is considered. The effect of the duration and the power of exposure of this type of radiation on the spores and mycelium of the fungus is investigated. It is shown that the electromagnetic radiation of the microwave range has a depressing effect on spores, even at radiation power of 150 W, and the exposure time must be at least 30 s.
Keywords: micromycetes, biodestructors, electromagnetic radiation, microwave, magnetron, rectangular waveguide.
