The purpose of this paper is to introduce two new classes of functions called α -I-preirresolute functions and β-I-preirresolute functions in ideal topological spaces. Some properties and several characterisations of these types of functions are obtained. Also, we investigate the relationships between these classes of functions and other classes of non-continuous functions.
