This paper shows the concept of a probability theory course with elements of descriptive statistics for future Mathematics teachers. This course is backed up by electronic materials provided via the Internet. An e-learning platform extends the communication opportunities and offers a wide access to educational materials available there. The contents available on the platform show the presented material in a new way, which limits its passive reception and makes the user an active participant of the course. The materials present a different approach to the proofs in a mathematical text. Instead of a static (ready) proof, there is an interactive proof. Each part of material contains an interactive module Check Yourself, which allows self-control by the user.
