In this paper, we introduce the notion of quasi bi-slant submanifolds of para-Hermitian manifolds. We investigate necessary and sufficient conditions for integrability of distributions and find the conditions for these submanifolds to be totally geodesic when ambient manifold is a para-Kaehler manifold. Some examples have also been constructed.
