The aim of this paper is to present some mean value theorem involving Riemann integral. The starting point is represented by the recent result due to Mingarelli et al. We prove a stronger result and obtain the Mingarelli's one as consequence. We show the applicability of our results when solving some problems recently appeared in some mathematical journals.
