In this paper we define the generalized Cesàro sequence space Ces p ( q ) and exhibit some geometrical properties of the space. The results here in proved are exhibit analogous to those by Y. A. Cui [Southeast Asian Bull. Math. 24 (2000), 201-210] for the Cesàro sequence space Ces p .
