Cappell-Shaneson homotopy spheres are standard

We show here that an infinite sequence of homotopy $4$-spheres constructed by Cappell-Shaneson are all diffeomorphic to $S^4$. This generalizes previous results of Akbulut-Kirby and Gompf.
