Nous caractérisons, en terme de dimension (topologique et de Hausdorff) des fibres des espaces de limites de tangents et du cône de Whitney, les conditions de régularité $b_{\mathrm{cod}q}$ et $b^{*}$ sur une stratification $C^1$. Nous précisons ces résultats lorsque les espaces qui interviennent ne sont pas fractals, en particulier lorsque la stratification est sous-analytique.

Abstract

We give characterizations of the regularity conditions $b_{\mathrm{cod}q}$ and $b^{*}$, on a $C^1$ stratified set, using the (topological and Hausdorff) dimension of the fibers of some space of limit places and of the Withney cone. We specialize these results when the spaces are not fractals, mainly when the stratified set is subanalytic.
