Non-homogeneous strongly singular integrals

We study the $L^p$ mapping properties of a family of strongly singular
oscillatory integral operators on ${\mathbb R}^n$ which are non-homogeneous in
the sense that their kernels have isotropic oscillations but non-isotropic
singularities.
