Nonuniform nonstationary wavelets and associated multiresolution analysis on local fields

In this paper, we introduce the notion of nonuniform nonstationary wavelets and the associated multiresolution analysis on local fields. We provide the characterization of nonuniform nonstationary wavelets by virtue of dimension function.
