Certain subclass of meromorphic functions associated with the Bessel function

In this paper, we introduce and study a new subclass of
meromorphic univalent functions defined by the Bessel function. We obtain
coefficient inequalities, distortion properties, closure theorems, Hadamard product.
Finally we obtain integral transforms for the class $ \sigma _p ^* ( \beta , \alpha , \lambda , \upsilon , s, t ) .$
