Fundamental solutions of the generalized axially symmetric Helmholtz equation

This paper deals with the fundamental solutions of two-dimensional elliptic equations with two singular coefficients. We construct the fundamental solutions of the generalized axially symmetric Helmholtz equation in terms of a confluent hypergeometric function in two variables.
