Dispersive estimates for kinetic transport equation in modulation spaces

In this paper, we obtain the dispersive estimates for the kinetic transport equation in modulation spaces. To realize this goal, we establish a new and fundamental important unit decomposition in modulation space, and the frequency decomposition is exploited as well.
